Electronics Cleanroom and FFU Retrofit Planning
Plan filtration, utilities and construction interfaces around the actual production constraints.
This is a procurement and project-planning guide, not a verified customer case study. Project area, duration, test results and customer feedback require the corresponding project records.
Record production constraints
Identify particle-sensitive operations, process heat loads, equipment layout, maintenance access and any electrostatic-control requirements. Record acceptable work windows and isolation needs.
Size the system from the requirements
Provide room dimensions, target operating conditions and relevant process loads for engineering review. FFU count, airflow, filter grade and control zoning need a project-specific design.
Plan construction and production together
Agree work areas, temporary barriers, utility interruptions, cleaning and restart procedures with the facility team. Do not assume that a retrofit can always proceed without production downtime.
Agree acceptance and maintenance
Define installed filter checks, room particle testing, airflow and pressure criteria where applicable, plus records for any agreed electrostatic controls. Confirm replacement filters, access and maintenance responsibilities.
